Jordan Wirth
Director of Operations and Human Resources
Jordan Wirth has been with Liberty Ministries since May of 2019. Jordan came to us after graduation from Grove City College where she obtained degrees in International Business and French. After working at Bethany Christian Services, Lakeside, and other local nonprofits, Jordan pursued her passion for serving others by joining the Liberty Ministries Thrift team as Retail Operations Assistant. After a year in this role and gaining marketing and operations experience company-wide, she transitioned into the role of Marketing and Operations Manager. Now, she serves as Liberty Ministries' Director of Operations and Human Resources. Jordan is excited to see and be a part of Liberty Ministries' continued impact on the lives of those incarcerated and affected by incarceration.
Ken Rush
Chief Executive Officer
Ken joins Liberty Ministries on October 4, 2022 as the CEO of the organization. He has
served on Liberty Ministries’ Board of Directors for three years. Prior to his position at Liberty Ministries, Ken was a Business Risk Consultant at Univest, advising companies and nonprofits. Ken has also been a business owner developing and
overseeing retail, manufacturing, and ranching/agricultural enterprises. Ken enjoyed
utilizing his knowledge in marketing, finance, leadership, stewardship, and communications to help these businesses thrive. Having served on several boards including Oxford Circle Community Development
Association, Ken has always had a heart for community service. For Liberty Ministries in particular, he is inspired by the scripture verse that governs their work in Luke 4:18-19
“to bring good news to the poor...proclaim release to the captives and recovery of sight
to the blind, to set free those who are oppressed,to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.” Ken attended Eastern Mennonite University where he studied Finance and International
Business. He grew up in Bucks County and is a member of Blooming Glen Mennonite
Church. Ken enjoys lifting weights, riding bike, travel, reading, and his family.
Patty Fleming
Director of Prison and Community Re-Entry Programs
Patty Fleming joined the team in 2013 as Chaplain after being transformed by Jesus Christ through the work of Liberty Ministries' staff and volunteers as an inmate at Montgomery County Correctional Facility. This experience has provided the passion to share the same hope and transformation through Jesus Christ with the incarcerated population.
As Director of Prison and Community Reentry Programs, one of her main goals is to identify and implement specific programming to address the needs behind the walls as well as in the community to provide successful reentry. To make these programs successful and to assist the reentrant, Patty recruits and trains volunteers to lead classes and/or mentor the individual. Our mission is to provide services and spread hope to the most underserved prisons in Pennsylvania and beyond.
