Christmas Care Packages
Every year, just before Christmas, Liberty Ministries goes into Montgomery County Correctional Facility to hand out hope to the inmates. Every single inmate receives a Christmas Stocking during a time when these men and women probably will not receive any visits or gifts. Liberty has been committed to handing these stockings out year after year.

Lydia Project
Most women have little or no money when they are incarcerated. Also, they tend to have fewer relatives or friends who deposit money into their accounts than men do. They usually have fewer resources upon leaving incarceration and families are generally less supportive of women in prison than men. The Lydia Project is comprised of church groups, families, and individuals providing items for personal care kits to be given to each woman as she enters prison, as well as women entering after-care discipleship programs.

Summer Camp Program
When adults make poor decisions that lead to incarceration, it hurts everyone around them, especially their children. We want to help by giving those children the opportunity to enjoy a basic childhood experience. Since 2012, Liberty has teamed up with Camp Men-O-Lan in Quakertown to send these kids to summer camp. We later expanded to include a second option with Camp Sankanac in Spring City!

Baby Bag Ministry
The number of women being incarcerated is increasing each year. Some female inmates have the increased burden of being pregnant while incarcerated. Our Baby Bag Ministry looks to ease some of the financial responsibilities of taking on a newborn. We care deeply for the emotional well-being of our moms and we want them to know that their children are loved and cared for. It is our hope that through the giving of gift bags, we can help others experience God’s love.
